He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin C. Jones and Madge Mayfield Jones; his granddaughter Savannah Darrough; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Reed and Jennifer Darrough; his grandchildren, Jaime Reed, Jacob Reed, Preston Darrough, Evelyn Reed, Aimee Darrough and Eliana Reed; and his great grandchild Amelia Reed.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Five Forks Baptist Church (112 Batesville Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
