He was predeceased by: his father Walter Otis Evans. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Evans Perry of Pelzer, SC; his brother John Paul Evans (Terri); and his nieces and nephews, Brandi (Hussein), Michael, Hayden, Amira and Avery.
