He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Emery; his parents, Walter, Sr. Emery and Margaret Nichol Emery; and his brothers, Peter Emery and Steven Emery.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth DeBrito (Steve), Meghan Merriman (Scott) and Kevin Emery; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jillian, Jacquelyn, Jake, Maeve and Haleigh; and his sister Aileen Emery-Smith.
