He is survived by: his wife Valerie Elmore Neely; his children, Sergio Neeley, Emanuel Neely (S. C.), Darrell Neeley, Laquinta Neely Wiggins and Elizabeth Neely; and his brothers, Gerald Neely and Mitchel Neely. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
