Anzelone Householder (Terry) of Florence, KY and Jennifer Lynn Anzelone (Roger) of Marinette, WI; his sister Sandy Betzold of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Alexis Cook, Callista Bisbis, Alexander Bisbis, Gina Delegrazle, Chuckie Anzelone and Cheyenne Schneider; his great grandchild Rose Delegrazle; and his special church family Russ.
