“I grew up with Vicki, went to Mountain Creek Baptist with her, and school also. She will always be a pretty, highly intelligent, giggly girl in my mind. I have many memories of her. I can see her in the NGC beauty pageant, playing the piano. I thought how brave she was. She excelled at so much. I can see her laughing at some crazy things we did.
