He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jones and Mabel Kirkland Jones; and his sister Betty Ann Jones. He is survived by: his wife Edna Susan Baskin-Jones; his children, Kirk Jones (Dana) and Michelle Crenshaw (Ken); his grandchildren, Lee, Elizabeth, Gwen Crenshaw and Ivey Jones; his great grandchild Keelan Crenshaw; and his siblings, George Jones and Margaret Jackson (Bob).
His stint in the Navy as a submariner laid the foundation for his love of travel and his later journeys to Europe.
