She is survived by: her husband Samuel Goins; her children, Sandy Vitanza (Mark), Ray Goins (Jessica) and Erica Goins; and her grandchildren, Sean Goins, Justin Vitanza, Shyanne Adams, Savannah Adams and Corbit Goins.
