She is survived by: her daughter Ann Forrester Forrest; and her grandchildren, Andy Forrest (Linda), Harriet Forrest Dodson (Tim), Phyllis Forrester Granade and David L. Forrester, Jr.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
