Vaughn Neal; her children, Sheletta Phillips of Cleveland, OH and Archie Bailey (Catherine) of Washington State; and her siblings, Madonna Wyche (Robert), Regina Vaughn of Dayton, OH and Anthony Vaughn of Dayton, OH. She was also cherished by two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
