He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Ya Plastics; his wife Tami (Hedrick); his son Ian Connor; his parents, Richard and Nancy (Hooper); his brother Daniel (Allison); his parents-in-law, Bruce, Shirley and Daniel Hedrick (Jen); his nieces, Alaina, Sophia, Elise and Kylie; and his nephew Caden.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation at 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016, or the American Heart Association at 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
