He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Harrell and Francis Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Harrell; his children, Angel Leitner (Richard), Cody Harrell (Allie) and Blake Harrell; his granddaughters, Audrey and Chloe Leitner; and his brothers, Daniel Harrell and Sydney Harrell.
