He is survived by: his daughter Tamika Leake; his grandchildren, Taviouzie Booker (Dannica), Danni Boyd (Neil) and Jaden Smith; his great grandchildren, Journi Booker, Jourdyn Booker, Caiden Boyd and Ja'Sohn Booker; his siblings, Alfred Mosley, David Mosley, Lillie Neely (Kennie), Audrey Copeland (WC) and Doris Brown (Rufus); and his cousin Gene "Butch" Copeland. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
