It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Gene Gaddy of Simpsonville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Gaddy and Hazel Gaddy. He is survived by: his wife Sarah.

“In loving memory of Russell Gene Gaddy, I met Dr. Gaddy when he first started his practice in Mauldin, SC. He always took care of my whole family with love and Christian compassion. I think the last time I saw him at the office, he told me he remembered our first visit. He always took time to be available for us no matter what. I think he was one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever known. We shared so many memories and events throughout the years. He will be missed greatly.”
