He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Kathleen Leviner of Laurinburg; and his son Samuel Travis Leviner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jo Polston Leviner; his daughters, Savannah Leigh Messer (Donnie) and Beverly Ariel Leviner (Richard); his stepdaughter Brittney Renee Chapman (George); his brothers, Dennis Leviner, Richard Leviner and Coye Bogdon; and his grandchildren, Lidia, Travis, William, Atreyu and Roquette. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, a host of loving family and friends.
