Phyllis E. Bowman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis E. Bowman of Simpsonville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 28, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Bowman; her parent A. Odell; and her children, Thad Sexton, Geraldine Sexton, Kim Sexton Zanatos and Cynthia Sexton Wright.

She is survived by: her children, Rolanda Sexton Kelly (Wayne) of Easley and Sean Sexton of Simpsonville; her grandchildren, John Elrod Jr., Rebecca Sexton, Alisha Kelly, Michael Sexton, James Zanatos, David Zanatos and Adam Zanatos; and her great grandchildren, Amberalla Sexton and Mystic Zanatos.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund to purchase a mother/daughter marker for Phyllis and her daughter Kim Zanatos.
