She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Carroll Pennington, Sr. and Elberta Johnson Pennington; and her son R. L. "Robbie" Hinton, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee "Bud" Hinton; her children, Mike Hinton, Randy Hinton, Brenda Hunter (Robert) and Ann Blankenship; her siblings, Jerry Pennington and Linda Smith; and her grandchildren, Paul David Shockley, Jr., William Lee Shockley, Autumn Elaine Shockley, Cory Ann Shockley, James Robert Michael Shockley, Josh Hinton, Christopher Hinton, Justin Blankenship, Tyler Blankenship and Anthony Collins.
