It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Combs of Simpsonville, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Jones Starkey. She is survived by: her children, Virginia Ruth Collins (Jeff) of Gray Court, Cindy Sharpe (Hank) of Anderson, Dean McGarity (Seema) of Simpsonville, Pam Watkins (Carl) of Clinton and Rebecca Hamby (Tony) of Gray Court; her brother Thomas Hooker (Betty) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Bradley Burkhalter (Desirra), Tory Collins, Savannah Sharpe, J. W. Sharpe, Mary Katherine Hamby, Gage McGarity, Chandon McGarity, Mira McGarity, Haley Sharpe, Kelsey Sharpe, Karlie Watkins and Judson Watkins; and her great grandchildren, Levi Burkhalter and Aiden Burkhalter.
