He is survived by: his parents, William Lyons Sr. and Sharon Wilkinson Lyons; his wife Tammy Samaniego; his children, Noel II (Melissa) and Courtney Warrens (Braden); his grandchildren, Olivia, Noel III, Parker and Jocelyn Lyons; his siblings, Tambra Turner, Kimberely Kittoe (Frank) and Edward Lyons; his uncle Butch; and his aunt Jeanie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
