It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice Pruneau of Simpsonville, South Carolina, born in Biddeford, Maine, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Pruneau and Muriel Maurice Pruneau; and his brother Ralph Pruneau. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pruneau (Brown); his children, Lori Sabino (Steve), Maurice P. Pruneau, Jr. (Jeanie) and Kim Thrift (Matthew); his grandchildren, Marisa Jean Pruneau, Aiden Drew Pruneau, Leighton Nicole Thrift and Ryleigh Elyse Thrift; and his sisters, Lillian LaPoint and Doris Binette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
