She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Monroe Batson and Mary Thomasine Dill Batson; her daughter Rea Tinsley; and her sister Donna Batson (Randy). She is survived by: her husband Terry D. Gregory; her daughter Lorie Lockaby (Eric); her son-in-law Tony Tinsley; her grandchildren, Gavin Lockaby (Abby), Colton Lockaby (Lauren), Hunter Tinsley (Kaitlyn), Kayle Everett (Blake) and Taylor Tinsley (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Addie, Aiden, Camille, Peyton, Layton and Ella; and her brother Monty Batson (Sherri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
