She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Eugene Bridges, Sr.; and her son Eddie Eugene "Gene" Bridges, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Smith (Ray); her daughter-in-law Linda Bridges; and her grandchildren, Halley Bradley (Josh), Mallory Smith, Delaney Smith, Max Bridges and Lauren Bridges.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Simpsonville/Upstate Church (3 Hedge St, Simpsonville, SC 29681).
Since Martha devoted her life to serving others, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children (https://donate.lovetotherescue.org).
