She was predeceased by: her husband Juan M. Ayala; and her parents, Miguel Falcón and Francisca Falcón. She is survived by: her children, Judith Ayala Novotny (John), Ines Ayala Weisel (Fred), Abigail Ayala Casamassa (John), Juan A. Ayala (Donna) and Daniel F. Ayala; her grandchildren, Matthew Novotny (Meaghan), Benjamin Novotny, Christina McCullough (Steve), Seth Weisel, Jared Weisel, John Casamassa, Michael Casamassa, Catherine Casamassa, Isabel Casamassa, Robert Casamassa, Mary Casamassa, Margaret Ayala and Aaron Ayala; her great grandchildren, J. D. Novotny, Joel Novotny and Samarie Weisel; and her siblings, Delfina Falcón, Ada Irma Falcón, Vilma Falcón, Miguel A. Falcón and Antonia Falcón.
