She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Dwayne Powell; her parents, Dude Welborn and Lexie Welborn; and her brother Alford Welborn. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Adams; her children, Carolyn Welborn and Marty Powell; and her grandchildren, Amanda Powell, Magen Voitel, Kristen Powell, Austin Powell, Harley Leroy and Lexie Leroy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
