She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Burdette; her parents, Lloyd Babb and Vena Babb; and her former husband Frank Maurice Edwards. She is survived by: her cousin Margaret Stringer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Apalache Baptist Church, 1915 Gap Creek Road, Greer, SC 29651.
