He is survived by: his children, John, Lynne of Chicago, Kathy Intile (John) of Simpsonville, Jim, Maureen of Chicago, Karen and Louie Salto of Chicago; his grandchildren, Jimmy (Brittany), Kevin, Eric, Scotty and Hiatt; and his brother-in-law Bill Salvatore (Lyniece) of Naples. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
