He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Allan Black and Maude Smith Black; his former wife Rosa Lee Black; his daughter Darlene Pulley; and his siblings, Thomas Black and Sara Thurmond.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Davis Black; his son Rev. Allan Black (Tracy) of Anderson; his sister Dorothy Larry of Kansas City, KN; his son-in-law David Pulley of Graniteville; and his brothers-in-law, Chris Davis of Simpsonville and Mike Davis of Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
