She was predeceased by: her spouse Mannie Calvin Burnett; her parents, Ollie Ellison and Ethel Drayton; and her sisters, Juanita Jackson, Louise Dudley and Laura Colbert.

She is survived by: her children, Mannie Burnett, Jr. (Marlene), Ray Burnett (Lynda), Lenette Clark (Daniel) and Ralph Burnett (Yulanda); her stepdaughter D. Victoria Turner; her grandchildren, Micha, Carey, Tina, Tyara, Melissa, Spencer, Kevin, Angela, Dina and Dana; her great grandchild Micha (family: Gray, River, Malik, Maxine, Jerimiah, Raylyn, Lil'Spencer, Joey, Karina, Lil'Kevin, Jazmen, Adrian, Asia, Khloe, Matthew Jordan, Mariah, Justina, Makiya); her great great grandchildren, Adore and Omari; her brother Sinclair Dudley (Laura); and her daughter Sophia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
