He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Mandy Bentley and Rand Bentley (Andrea); his grandsons, Evan Zimmerman, Hayden Bentley and Cameron Bentley; his brother Tommy Bollinger (Theresa); his siblings-in-law, Lynn Wright (Greg) and Richie Goodnough; his mother-in-law Betty Goodnough; his friend Dr. Katie Few; and his caregivers, Nina, Ginger, Bianka and Chaplain Annie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
