He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayben E. Amick and Rosabel Shealy Amick; and his siblings, Katherine Armstong and Carroll Amick. He is survived by: his wife Faye Faulkner Amick of Simpsonville; his daughters, Michele Johnson (Joe) of Piedmont and Rhonda Hupfauer of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Jared, Peyton (Tyler), Caleb (Ashley), Gabrien, Haegan, Olivia, Ari, Jacey, Trevor and Milayna; his great grandchildren, Vic, Luke, Bryson, Ava, Lyric and Rawlings; and his siblings, Don Amick (Petra), Bruce Amick (Barbara), Nell Davenport and Brenda Amick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charities promoting clean water or Samaritan's Purse.
