He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Willis and Bealuh Thorton Willis. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Rhinehart (Douglas) and Pamela Denise Jackson; his grandsons, Lance Fowler (Vernella) and Travis Rhinehart (Laura); his great grandchildren, Addison Fowler, Logan Fowler and Jordyn Fowler; and his wife Jo Anne Willis.
