He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Moore Lowry (Walt) and Larry French Coble; his sister Janna C. Rhoads (Reggie); his aunts, Hettie Moore and Audrey Dorsett; and his cousins, Eric Moore (Deanne), Sandi Smith, Sherri Fields (Bill), Megan Elks (Justin), Kim Ingold (Daryl), Jonathan Dorsett (Tammy), David Dorsett, Russell Mansfield (Denise) and Jason Mansfield (Teresa).
