He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agatha Seymour and Roy Seymour; his brother Joe; his wife Joyce Seymour of Simpsonville; his children, Mark Shearer (Janet) of Jersey City, NJ, Nancy Seymour Huften (Darryl) of Lynchburg, VA and Shannon Kennedy (Larry) of Gloucester, VA; his siblings, Tom and MaryAnne Perry of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Jake, Nate Kennedy of Baltimore, MD, Julianna Shearer of Milwaukee, WI and Frank Kennedy of Gloucester, VA..
