Wintz; his daughter Carey Wintz (Damon Miller) of Alexandria, VA; his grandson Owen Miller; his brother Robin Wintz (Lori) of Coopersburg, PA.; and his sister-in-law Julie Miller of Harrisburg, PA.. He is also survived by two grandchildren, his brother and sister in law.
