He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray and Carrie Miller Eudy; his significant other Patricia King Eudy; his sister Carolyn Chesney; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Eudy, Linda Eudy and Robert Knight.
He is survived by: his sons, W. Keith Eudy (Belinda) and J. Kevin Eudy; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Knight, Jimmy "Rusty" Eudy and Joe Lee "Bo" Eudy. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
