He is survived by: his wife Eugenie Kemp; his children, Tara Smith (Chad), Derek Bleyle and Meredith Chen; his grandchildren, Christian Wagner, Gabriela Chen and Adriana Chen; and his siblings, Susan Kemp, Jim Kemp (Rhonda), Jack Kemp (Sukyo) and Charlie Kemp.
