He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vickie Urban of Simpsonville; his parents, John F. Urban and Mary Kula Urban; his daughters, Shelly Foley (Mark) of Rifle, CO, Charlene Wade (Shane) of Rifle, CO and Julie Larson (Dan) of Goodyear, AZ; and his brother Ken Urban. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
