He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherry Gatlyn Brooke; his parents, Etlon Ollen Brooke and Thelma McLendon Brooke; his daughter Cher Elgin (Aaron Elgin); his grandchildren, Cade and Kalika Elgin; his daughter Angela Roe; his grandchildren, Dillon and Anna Roe; and his brother Elton "Pepper" Brooke (Donna Brooke).
