She is survived by: her parents, David Gorton and Pamela Pierce Gorton; her boyfriend Jeremy Johnson; her children, Jordan Brochu, Caleb Chapman, Cameron Chapman and Madison Chapman; her brother Jason Gorton; and her niece Willow Desjardins.
