It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ruth McCaig (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Rehbein and Roy Rehbein; her brother-in-law Bill C. Moore; and her niece Susan Moore Stanczak. She is survived by: her child Jean; her sister Joyce; her husband Bill McCaig; her sons, Mike (Ann) of Simpsonville, SC and Jay of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Emily, Madelyn, Kathryn and Elijah; her sister Judy Pugh (John); her niece Cheryl Hammond; her nephews, Jim Hammond and Bill R. Moore of Washington; her sister-in-law Buffie Gontier (Art) of California; and also Ruth Rehbein.
