She is survived by: her husband Cecil Fowler; her sisters, Ressie B. Crumpton (John) and Essie B. Metcalf (Clifford); and her sister-in-law Carol Boggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
