He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Gray Scoggins; and his parents, James Scoggins and Emily Bell Scoggins. He is survived by: his brother Larry Scoggins; his children, Dawn Scoggins and Chris Scoggins; his daughter-in-law Cassie Scoggins; his grandchildren, Christina Scoggins, Destiny Scoggins, Tyler Scoggins and Christopher Raines; and his great grandchild Ari.
