He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Catherine Collins; and his brother Terry Collins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins; his daughters, Lally Collins and Curtice Winsch (Marty); his grandchildren, Holden Winsch and Maxwell Winsch; and his siblings, Kevin Collins, Judith Davis and Susan Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
