He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Maxwell, Sr. and Dorothy Fowler Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hart Maxwell; his sons, Clark Maxwell (Carrie) and Jake Maxwell (Anna); his grandchildren, Luke and Sarah Maxwell; and his pets, Molly, Chubs, Charlotte and Lucky.
