She was predeceased by: her father James O'Neal. She is survived by: her mother Priscilla T. McCullough; her stepparents, Lillie O'Neal and Bernard McCullough; and her siblings, Brandi McCullough, Mary McCullough, Ashley O'Neal and James O'Neal. She is also survived by four nieces; one nephew; and two goddaughters.
