He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilkins and Pauline Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina Wilkins; his children, Lori Wilkins-Austin (Todd), Eugene J. Williams, Jr. (Maureen), Nanette Price (Mark), Randall Williams (Janice) and Tiffany Hollingsworth (Dwayne); and his brother Philip Wilkins (Carmen). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
