He is survived by: his mother Patsy Landers McClain; his stepfather Don McClain; his daughter April Thompson Putnam; his siblings, Karen Turner (Bennie) of Prosperity, SC, Sarah Landers (Billy Tucker) of Laurens, SC and Ronnie "Slim" Landers Jr. (Linda Landers) of Simpsonville, SC; and his uncles, Danny Putnam and Claude Putnam of Simpsonville, SC. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
