He is survived by: his spouse Maisie Lewis; and his children, Maurice (Vigie), Carl, Steve, Dean Wade, Chris Brown, Judith Benjamin, Natalia Wade, Antoinette Taylor and Shauna Bracy (Andre). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
