He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbert and Mary Kathleen Sterns Neal; and his brother Herbert Wayne Neal. He is survived by: his wife Marilynn; his children, Kathy Yates (Paul), Tara Clonts (Samuel), Elyse Jurovick (Joseph) and John Neal (Debbiw); and his brother Jack Neal (Kay). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
