He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carter and Florine Hill Carter. He is survived by: his spouse Tracey Lenora Alexander Carter; his children, Frank Carter, III (Sharonica) of Moore, SC, Peter Carter (Angela) of Simpsonville, SC, Jonathan Carter of Williamston, SC and Ashley Thomas (Macarion) of Columbia, SC; and his siblings, Joy Richey (Elijah) of Simpsonville, SC, Marcus Carter (Stephanie) of Greenville, SC and Charles "Bernard" Carter of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
